A native or foreign construction entrepreneur, who has imported any motor vehicle, machinery, tools and similar other machine and equipment into Nepal under the facility available pursuant to the prevailing law for public construction works to be carried out under a bilateral  multilateral agreement, shall submit to the committee the details thereof in the format as referred to in Schedule-16.
